Kathy was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She graduated from The University of Memphis with a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics in 2010 and became a Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) in 2013. She started working with the eating disorder population in 2015 and after 8 plus years she transitioned to the financial industry in 2024 as a Practice Coordinator.
She loves animals, reading, and spending time with family. She also enjoys watching Memphis Men’s Basketball and Ole Miss Football. Her and her husband also run the media booth together at their church, Brookside, in Olive Branch, MS.
